About the Role:

We're searching for a passionate and experienced Senior Social and Influencer Marketing Manager to lead our efforts in growing our brand on relevant social platforms and leveraging the power of influencers to drive brand awareness, engagement, and ultimately, revenue. This role demands a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of social media trends, influencer marketing best practices, and the ability to craft compelling narratives that resonate with our target audience.

This role is not only responsible for growing reach and engagement, but for ensuring social and influencer programs directly support pipeline creation, mid-funnel nurture, late-stage acceleration, and AI Search Visibility. By activating the right narratives, voices, communities, and conversations, this leader helps Demandbase stay visible and credible where buyers are researching, evaluating, and validating AI GTM solutions.

As a key leader within the marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing integrated social and influencer marketing strategies that align with our overall business objectives. You will oversee all aspects of social media management, influencer identification and outreach, social and influencer campaign development and execution, and performance analysis. You will collaborate closely with various teams, including content, creative, PR, and product marketing, to ensure cohesive brand messaging and campaign execution.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Defining the global social media strategy, governance, and scale: Define the objectives, target audiences, platform strategies, content pillars, and engagement tactics across all relevant social media channels.

  • Growing and developing all social media activities across Demandbase Social platforms: Including content creation and curation, community management, social listening, and reporting.

  • Building an internal Employee Advocacy program and developing an Executive Thought leadership platform on relevant social channels by amplifying cohesive and consistent brand narratives internally and externally.

  • Building and managing an influencer marketing program: Identifying and vetting potential influencers, negotiating contracts, developing creative briefs, managing campaigns, and tracking performance.

  • Managing social media budgets: Allocating resources effectively across different platforms and campaigns.

  • Analyzing and reporting on performance: Tracking key metrics, generating insights, and optimizing campaigns to achieve maximum impact and attribute to pipeline.

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams: Working closely with content, creative, communications, and product marketing to ensure alignment and maximize campaign effectiveness.

  • Building and nurturing relationships: Developing strong relationships with key influencers, social media partners, and internal stakeholders.

  • Maintaining brand consistency: Ensuring all content, copy, design and video is always reflective of the company’s strategic brand identity.

  • Staying ahead of the curve: Monitoring social media trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to continuously evolve our social and influencer strategies.

What we’re looking for:

  • 7+ years of experience in social media and influencer marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful social and influencer campaigns that drive measurable results.

  • Deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.

  • Strong knowledge of the influencer marketing landscape, including identification, outreach, and relationship management.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance and extract actionable insights.

  • Take a leadership role in evaluating, integrating, and scaling with AI tools to increase efficiencies and quality.

  • Experience managing social media budgets and resources.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

  • Self-starter and highly accountable to continuous progress and results.

Bonus Points

  • Proximity to Austin, TX is strongly preferred for local collaboration

  • Experience with Oktopost, Asana and Jasper.

  • Experience in the marketing and sales technology industry.

  • Agency management experience.

  • Graphic design and video production capabilities.
