Nclusion is on a mission to provide traditional financial services to 1.4 billion people worldwide without access today. Without a secure way to save, invest, or transfer money, individuals are not empowered to accumulate short or long-term wealth. We're changing that by bridging the gap between traditional banking and the communities that need it most.
Our Crypto Product Engineering team is focused on building user-facing, blockchain-powered products that feel as simple and trustworthy as traditional financial apps. Our goal is to abstract away crypto complexity while preserving the benefits of decentralization, transparency, and programmability. This team partners closely with infrastructure and compliance engineers to deliver safe, compliant, and intuitive on-chain experiences.
- Build product features that interact directly with blockchains and smart contracts
- Design abstractions that hide crypto complexity from end users
- Integrate wallets, signing flows, transaction lifecycle management, and on-chain data
- Collaborate with smart contract and infrastructure teams to define APIs and product surfaces
- Improve reliability, observability, and UX around blockchain interactions
- Help shape product decisions around custody, permissions, and user trust
- Experience building Web3 or crypto-adjacent applications in production
- Strong software engineering fundamentals (TypeScript, backend services, APIs)
- Familiarity with wallets, transactions, smart contract interactions, and on-chain data
- Thoughtful approach to security, key management, and user safety
- Product-minded: you think about UX, failure states, and edge cases
- Bonus: experience with Solana, EVM chains, or multi-chain products
