About Us

Supio is a trusted AI platform purpose-built for law firms, reshaping how data drives impactful outcomes. Our innovative approach blends technology with deep legal expertise, making us a leader in our field. We go beyond surface-level AI to deeply understand our customers’ daily needs, empowering law firms with unparalleled data insights. Supio delivers human-level, accurate analysis of complex data and legal records, quickly and efficiently bringing critical insights when they matter most. Trusted by top litigation lawyers, our platform has supported over $1 billion in settlements.

Headquartered in Seattle with an office in San Francisco, we raised $60M Series B in April 2025 led by Sapphire Ventures with Mayfield and Thomson Reuters Ventures, bringing total funding to $91M. We're scaling rapidly and looking for exceptional talent to join us in this next phase of growth.

We're looking for passionate team members who are motivated by our mission and ready to help us achieve it.

Who we're looking for

We're hiring senior/staff, product-minded full-stack engineers to build the core of Supio's platforma fast-moving, AI-native product used in high-stakes, real-world legal workflows. You build product end-to-end in TypeScript across the stack, from the interfaces customers touch to the services behind them. You're fluent using coding agents in your daily workflow, and you operate with autonomy. You've operated at startup pace and ambiguity at some point in your career and you're excited to build greenfield.

What you'll build
(scope depends on team placement)
  • The core full-stack application customers work in every day
  • Agentic platform capabilities spanning voice calling & transcription, medical/financial records extraction, and legal document drafting
  • The agent runtime — prompt/tool architecture, skill and prompt management, and cost/performance optimization
  • Production features, plus the evaluation, tooling, and monitoring that keep them accurate and observable at scale

You won't just ship features — you'll shape the architecture and technical direction of a fast-evolving platform, with senior autonomy and end-to-end ownership.

What you'll bring (must-haves)
  • 10+ years of professional software engineering experience
  • True full-stack depth. You own product end-to-end, front to back. This isn't a front-end or backend specialist role; you're comfortable across the whole stack (React/TypeScript on the front end and modern backend services, APIs, and data pipelines).
  • Strong product sense. You build customer-facing product and translate real user needs into technical solutions
  • Fluency with coding agents as part of how you build
  • Demonstrated experience operating at startup pace and ambiguity — moving fast with less process, owning decisions without a fully-formed spec — at some point in your career
  • Autonomy and ownership. Able to meet in-office/hybrid expectations in Seattle or San Francisco

Nice to have
  • Hands-on applied AI/LLM systems experience — you've built and shipped real systems and can speak to what you owned and what broke in production
  • Prior experience at AI-native companies
  • Formal ML background (optional — practical AI fluency matters more than credentials)

Compensation
Competitive package of base salary, meaningful equity, and benefits.

Base Salary: $200,000–$255,000 annually

Actual compensation depends on qualifications, skills, experience, and location.
Compensation & Benefits
