- 4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 4+ years of professional software engineering experience in enterprise environments
- 4+ years hands-on with Hogan IDS or equivalent core banking deposit platforms
- 4+ years with COBOL, JCL, DB2, VSAM, and CICS on z/OS
- Strong DB2 SQL skills (DML/DDL), query optimization, and performance tuning
- Proficiency in batch scheduling (e.g., CA7) and mainframe source control (e.g., Endevor/ISPW)
- Experience integrating Hogan with MQ and distributed systems; solid understanding of job control and recovery
- Proven delivery in regulated financial services; and ITIL change management (Service Now)
- Track record operating in Agile teams with disciplined testing, CI/CD practices via Endevor, and code reviews
- Excellent communication, leadership, and structured problem-solving skills
