Job Summary:

This position sits at the intersection of Oracle/NetSuite expertise and product engineering. As a Senior Software Engineer focused on Oracle/NetSuite, you will own the design, development, and long-term roadmap of the connector between the Fastpath Assure platform and Oracle E-Business Suite. This is a highly visible, technical ownership role where you will drive both the strategic direction of the integration and the hands-on implementation — working closely with product management and engineering leadership to deliver a best-in-class Oracle connector. This role will report directly to the Engineering Manager.

What You’ll Do:

• Own the full lifecycle of Fastpath Assure connector integrations across NetSuite, Oracle EBS, and Oracle Cloud platforms — from architecture and design through development, testing, and ongoing maintenance, with NetSuite as the primary platform focus.

• Drive the technology and implementation roadmap for NetSuite and Oracle connector development, partnering with product management and engineering leadership to prioritize and deliver new capabilities across NetSuite, EBS, and Oracle Cloud environments.

• Develop and maintain data extraction logic, scripts, and integration components to support security data import, audit trail change tracking, and integration with the Fastpath Assure platform, with primary focus on NetSuite and secondary coverage of Oracle EBS and Cloud environments.

• Design and tune SuiteScript queries, saved searches, and data extraction strategies to reliably retrieve user, role, and access data across diverse NetSuite configurations, with additional capability to do the same across Oracle EBS and Cloud environments and versions.

• Apply deep knowledge of NetSuite security frameworks — including Roles, Permissions, Permission Levels, and multi-subsidiary access controls — as well as Oracle EBS and Cloud security constructs such as responsibilities, menus, functions, and RBAC, to build connectors that accurately capture and represent access and risk data.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define integration requirements, troubleshoot issues across customer NetSuite and Oracle environments, and communicate technical decisions clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

• Leverage AI-driven development tools and coding agents to accelerate delivery and improve engineering productivity.

• Provide technical mentorship and contribute to a culture of quality, innovation, and continuous improvement.

• Help create customer content and assist with presenting webinars and sessions.

What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

• 5+ years of hands-on NetSuite development experience, with strong proficiency in SuiteScript (1.0/2.x), SuiteFlow, and SuiteTalk, complemented by Oracle E-Business Suite development experience and PL/SQL programming including packages, procedures, functions, triggers, and performance tuning.

• Proven experience working with the NetSuite data model, saved searches, and custom record architecture, with working knowledge of the Oracle EBS APPS schema and FND_* foundation tables (FND_USER, FND_RESPONSIBILITY_VL, FND_FORM_FUNCTIONS_VL, FND_GRANTS, FND_PROFILE_OPTIONS_VL, etc.).

• Deep understanding of the NetSuite security framework, including Roles, Permissions, Permission Levels, subsidiaries, and multi-subsidiary access controls, with familiarity with the Oracle EBS security framework including Responsibilities, Menus, Functions, Concurrent Programs, RBAC roles, Grants, Profile Options, and Multi-Org Access Control (MOAC).

• Demonstrated ability to own and drive a technical product or integration from initial design through production delivery with minimal guidance.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate complex NetSuite and Oracle EBS concepts for audiences across engineering, product, and customer teams.

We’d Love to See:

• Experience with AI-driven development practices, including the use of AI coding agents such as Claude, Codex, or Cursor to accelerate development workflows.

• Additional development language experience, such as C# .NET or JavaScript, enabling broader contribution across the Fastpath platform stack.

• Familiarity with Oracle GRC, Oracle Risk Management Cloud, or Oracle Access Governance, Segregation of Duties (SoD) analysis, or identity and access management solutions.

· Exposure to Oracle General Ledger concepts such as Ledgers, Sets of Books, and Access Sets, and to Oracle Workflow tables (WF_LOCAL_ROLES, WF_ALL_USER_ROLES) underpinning RBAC.
