About the role:

You will bring new products from zero to one working closely with our founders. You will own large engineering scope which will both bring immense value to our customers, and also lay the technical foundation for Unify. We are revolutionizing GTM using all the latest AI technology that has recently come online - so you will be working at the cutting edge.

 
What you will do:
  • Shape both our product roadmap and engineering foundation working with a highly collaborative product, design and engineering team

  • Build new products using the latest and greatest tech such as such as TypeScript, Prisma, Temporal, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes, Pulsar, ClickHouse, LLMs, and more

  • Experiment, assess and integrate with various tech platforms and vendors that help us deliver value faster

  • Lay the foundation for our engineering standard so that we can successfully scale our team and business

 
Who you are:
  • You have 5+ years of software engineering experience and have a track record of shipping high-quality products and features at scale

  • You are customer-obsessed, creative and hungry. You have the ability to take high-level business/product ideas to deployed engineering solutions.

  • While you are independent you are also kind and highly collaborative. You always go the extra mile to help your team members.

  • You have experience standing up and managing infrastructure. You are comfortable and excited to mentor multiple engineers.
