Our client is a software-enabled professional services company building tools for complex case workflows. Its engineers develop internal systems and customer-facing applications with close input from operations teams.

The role

Raydar is recruiting for this opportunity through the Paraform network. The position is with our client. Build product capabilities as a Senior Software Engineer across frontend and backend. You will own complex interfaces, data models, APIs, and real-time workflows from prototype through reliable release.

What you'll do

- Develop full-stack product features for case management and applicant experiences.

- Evolve React architecture for complex state and live data.

- Build document editing, review, and collaboration tools.

- Create interfaces for people supervising AI-assisted workflows.

- Partner with product, design, operations, and customers on usable solutions.


Requirements

What we're looking for

- 4+ years of full-stack product engineering experience.

- Deep React and TypeScript expertise and comfort building backend services.

- Experience developing sophisticated web applications.

- Strong judgment around state, synchronization, concurrency, and performance.

- Startup or early growth-stage product experience.

- A bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in computer science or a related field.

Bonus points

- Editors, collaborative applications, CRDTs, SSE, or WebSockets experience.

- AI-powered product experience.

- Workflow orchestration, queues, retries, or idempotency experience.

- Base salary: USD 200,000 to 250,000 per year.
