As a Senior Software Engineer in our team, you will be part of a highly collaborative environment focused on building and optimizing modern software solutions. You will work on creating responsive, high - performance UI components, integrating them with robust backend services, and utilizing state-of-the-art AI-assisted tools to streamline workflows and accelerate delivery. This role offers the opportunity to drive meaningful technical outcomes, solve complex problems across the full stack, and mentor other engineers in a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Build responsive, high performance UI components using React, TypeScript/JavaScript, and modern front-end libraries
  • Implement reusable design patterns and best practice component architectures
  • Optimize UI rendering, state management, and overall user experience
  • Integrate UI components with RESTful Spring Boot APIs, collaborating closely with backend engineering teams to refine API contracts and ensure smooth integration
  • Work with design teams to convert wireframes and prototypes into functional, intuitive interfaces
  • Consume, test, and troubleshoot Spring Boot REST APIs across the development life cycle
  • Debug and resolve complex issues involving UI, API, and Java services across the full application stack
  • Contribute minor enhancements or fixes in Java/Spring Boot services where necessary to support end-to-end features
  • Use enterprise-approved AI tools to streamline workflows, automate tasks, and drive continuous improvement
  • Evaluate emerging trends to inform solution design and strategic innovation

Required Qualifications:
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience (or 4+ years of additional software development experience in lieu of a degree)
  • 5+ years of professional software development experience
  • 5+ years of experience with React (including React Hooks, state management, and component architecture) and JavaScript / TypeScript
  • Solid understanding of asynchronous programming and REST standards
  • Working knowledge of Java and Spring-based backend services

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience utilizing AI-assisted developer productivity tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Codex, M365 Copilot) to accelerate coding, debugging, and software delivery
  • Experience working with SQL and relational databases
  • Experience deploying or working with cloud environments (e.g., Microsoft Azure)
  • Experience collaborating with design teams to translate design wireframes and prototypes into production-ready front-end code
  • Strong full-stack debugging and troubleshooting skills across UI, API, and Java services

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $91,700 to $163,700 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
