We're looking for a Senior AI & Automation Architect to lead our AI and automation strategy and architecture. In this role, you'll shape how AI agents, intelligent workflows, and enterprise data platforms come together to drive transformation. You'll mentor global teams, guide technology adoption, and create frameworks that empower both engineers and citizen developers to deliver high-impact solutions.
Responsibilities:
  • Define and govern AI, automation, analytics, and agent-based architectures aligned to business transformation goals
  • Evaluate and guide adoption of AI platforms such as Copilot Studio, UiPath AI, Snowflake Cortex, and related tools
  • Design and deliver end-to-end intelligent workflows integrating AI agents, automation, and enterprise data
  • Establish reusable frameworks, standards, and governance for an AI/Agent marketplace and citizen development
  • Mentor global engineering teams and partner with IT, Data, and Architecture to enable scalable, secure solutions

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 5+ years of experience in software engineering, AI, automation, or solution architecture
  • Experience with one or more programming languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, .NET, or C++
  • Knowledge of generative AI, agentic AI, machine learning, and enterprise data platforms
  • Experience working with SQL and enterprise databases such as SQL Server

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical field
  • Experience with automation platforms such as UiPath or similar tools
  • Familiarity with SAP, Teamcenter, RapidResponse, or Snowflake environments
  • Experience with reporting and analytics tools such as Tableau or Power BI
  • Experience leading global teams and mentoring engineers or citizen developers
