Job Description

ServiceNow is looking for a Sr Staff Outbound Product Manager to lead outbound strategy for Process Intelligence, including Process Mining and Task Mining. This role sits within the Platform Outbound Product Management team and works closely with Product Management, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to bring these capabilities to market and drive adoption across the ServiceNow customer base.

Process Intelligence gives customers visibility into how work actually happens across their organization, surfacing inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and automation opportunities that are otherwise invisible. This role carries a dual mandate: driving product adoption and directly influencing ACV growth through expansion and pipeline generation. The person in this role will own the field-facing narrative for Process Mining and Task Mining, translate product capability into customer value, and act as the connective tissue between engineering roadmaps and go-to-market execution.

What you get to do in this role:

  • Contribute to outbound product strategy and positioning for Process Mining and Task Mining
  • Balance a dual mandate of driving adoption and directly contributing to ACV growth through expansion and pipeline identification
  • Partner with Inbound Product Management to understand roadmap direction and translate features into customer-relevant value propositions
  • Build and deliver enablement content for sales, solution consulting, and partner teams, including talk tracks, demo scripts, and competitive positioning
  • Contribute to and extend an established library of Process Intelligence enablement content, including the Process Mining Academy blog and video series, customer POV materials, and analyst positioning
  • Develop and maintain sales tools, pricing and packaging guidance, and use case documentation
  • Act as a subject matter expert in customer and prospect conversations, including executive briefings and strategic deals
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing on launch plans, campaigns, and content for new releases
  • Track adoption and usage metrics to identify expansion opportunities and inform outbound priorities
  • Represent the voice of the field back to Inbound Product Management, surfacing customer feedback and competitive intelligence
  • Support internal and external enablement through webinars, office hours, and community content
  • Collaborate with peers across the Platform Outbound team to ensure consistent messaging across adjacent product areas

To be successful in this role you have:

  • Experience in outbound product management or solution consulting within an enterprise software company, ideally in process mining, analytics, or data-driven operational improvement categories
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical capability into business value for varied audiences, from practitioners to executives
  • Comfort operating independently  balancing adoption goals against revenue-oriented outcomes
  • A track record of building customer enablement or field-facing content that drives measurable pipeline or adoption impact

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, solution consulting, product marketing, or outbound/GTM roles within enterprise SaaS
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Demonstrated experience with process mining, task mining, business process analytics, or similar technology categories
  • Experience working with or on the ServiceNow platform strongly preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to both technical and executive audiences

For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $171,900 - $300,800, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
