About the Role

In this role, you will own product strategy and execution for Ironclad’s growth motion, with a focus on product-led growth, product-led sales, packaging, pricing, conversion, and AI-driven engagement in an enterprise context. You’ll shape how prospects discover value in Ironclad, how teams get started with minimal friction, and how product engagement turns into adoption, enterprise expansion, retention, and deeper usage of Ironclad’s AI and agent experiences.

You’ll work across the full growth funnel: acquisition, activation, onboarding, conversion, expansion, and monetization. This includes building and optimizing self-serve experiences, improving and communicating time to value, partnering on pricing and packaging strategy, defining how product signals inform product-led sales motions, and identifying how AI can accelerate onboarding, guide setup, unlock value faster, and drive ongoing engagement across teams.

This role sits at the intersection of product, data, design, engineering, marketing, sales, finance, and customer outcomes. You’ll bring strong product judgment, analytical rigor, and customer empathy to a space that is highly cross-functional and central to Ironclad’s next phase of growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Deeply understand the needs, behaviors, and motivations of prospects, new admins, and end users across the growth funnel, from first-touch discovery through trial, purchase, and expansion.

  • Own the product strategy for PLG at Ironclad, including onboarding, activation journeys, in-product discovery, and lifecycle experiences.

  • Refine Ironclad’s approach to PLG and PLS, including where product, sales, and customer-facing teams should each play in the enterprise customer journey.

  • Partner closely with Finance, GTM, and leadership to shape pricing and packaging strategy, including offer design, feature gating, monetization experiments, and segment-specific packaging.

  • Drive experimentation across acquisition, activation, conversion, retention, and expansion, using both qualitative insight and quantitative analysis to identify the highest-leverage opportunities.

  • Improve time to value for new customers by simplifying setup, reducing onboarding friction, and helping users quickly reach meaningful product outcomes.

  • Identify and build the right in-product growth surfaces for enterprise adoption to help teams scale from initial usage to broader rollout.

  • Establish shared vision and alignment across Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Finance on growth priorities and success metrics.

  • Lead rollout plans for new growth capabilities, offers, and monetization changes, with clear experimentation frameworks, success criteria, and change management.

Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, with meaningful experience in growth, monetization, pricing and packaging, onboarding, or self-serve product experiences.

  • Strong understanding of product-led growth principles, including activation design, free trial optimization, conversion mechanics, and retention loops.

  • Experience partnering on pricing and packaging strategy, with the ability to balance customer value, willingness to pay, competitive positioning, and revenue outcomes.

  • Excellent analytical skills and comfort working with funnel metrics, cohort analysis, experimentation frameworks, and growth models.

  • Strong product instincts for reducing friction and improving time to value, especially in products with complex setup, workflow, or multi-stakeholder adoption dynamics.

  • Ability to translate ambiguous growth opportunities into clear product strategy, prioritized roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.

  • Recognized as a collaborative and influential leader who works effectively across Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Customer Outcomes.

  • Detail-oriented and hypothesis-driven, with the ability to move fluidly between strategy, UX, data, and execution.

  • Technically curious and comfortable partnering deeply with engineering and data teams on instrumentation, experimentation infrastructure, entitlement models, and monetization systems.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build alignment across executive, technical, and go-to-market stakeholders.

  • Experience with AI-native or workflow-heavy products is a plus, especially where adoption, setup, or monetization require thoughtful product design.
