Senior Staff Project Manager – M&A Integrations (IT Leader)

We have an opportunity for a Senior Staff Project Manager – M&A Integrations to join our Office of the CIO, reporting to the Senior Manager, Program Management. In this pivotal role, you will lead the IT integration track for cross-functional integration projects that bring together Infoblox and newly acquired companies—ensuring that systems, data flows, and technology capabilities are aligned so we operate as one unified, efficient organization. Collaborating closely with stakeholders across Finance, Sales, Customer Experience, IT, HR, Product, and Legal, you will design and drive the end‑to‑end integration plan, ensuring we realize the full value of our acquisitions with minimal disruption to our customers and employees.

Be a Contributor – What You'll Do

  • Lead end‑to‑end planning and execution of the IT integration track across acquired entities and core Infoblox teams, from initial discovery through post‑go‑live stabilization, working closely with business workstream leads (e.g., lead‑to‑cash) to ensure any system changes and IT dependencies are captured, planned, and executed
  • Partner with functional workstream leads (e.g., quote‑to‑cash, customer onboarding, support, billing, renewals, procurement, HR) to ensure current‑state processes are mapped and documented across both organizations, and connect those processes to the underlying IT systems and data flows
  • Analyze gaps, overlaps, and risks in processes, systems, and controls, and recommend pragmatic future‑state designs and standards
  • Build and maintain detailed integration project plans, including timelines, milestones, interdependencies, and resource needs
  • Facilitate cross‑functional working sessions, decision forums, and steering committee meetings to drive alignment, remove blockers, and build strong, trusting relationships across both organizations
  • Coordinate with Business Systems / IT teams to align process changes with application, data, and reporting integrations
  • Define and track integration success metrics (e.g., time‑to‑synergy, cycle times, error rates, customer/employee experience) and report progress to leadership
  • Identify, document, and manage integration risks, issues, and change requests with clear mitigation and escalation paths
  • Partner with Change Management, Communications, and HR to create communication plans, training, and support materials that drive adoption of new processes
  • Create and maintain integration playbooks, templates, and best practices that can be reused for future acquisitions, embedding Infoblox policies, controls, and regulatory/compliance requirements

Be Prepared – What You Bring

  • 15+ years of project or program management experience in complex, cross‑functional environments
  • 5+ years of experience in M&A integration, business process integration, or large‑scale process transformation strongly preferred
  • Proven experience leading multi‑workstream projects that span multiple business functions (e.g., Finance, Sales, Operations, Customer Success, IT, HR)
  • Demonstrated ability to map, analyze, and redesign business processes using structured methodologies and tools (e.g., BPMN, value stream mapping, Visio, Lucidchart)
  • Strong track record of driving decisions, alignment, and accountability across senior stakeholders in a matrixed organization
  • Hands‑on experience with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Monday.com, Jira, Confluence, MS Project) and creating executive‑ready dashboards and updates
  • Experience evaluating and applying AI and automation capabilities in an enterprise
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills—able to translate complex integration details into clear narratives and recommendations for different audiences
  • Comfort working in high‑change, ambiguous environments with the ability to bring structure, clarity, and focus to competing priorities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s degree a plus)
  • PMP, PgMP, Prosci Change Management, Lean/Six Sigma, or similar certifications preferred

Be Successful – Your Path

First 90 Days: Immerse in our culture, connect with mentors (Blox Buddies), and map the systems and meet with key stakeholders that rely on your work. Discuss and create short/long term goals.

  • Contribute to the refinement of our enterprise integration playbook with improved templates, best practices, and standards based on your projects
