The Work You'll Do:

The Senior Strategic Account Executive owns a portfolio of the world’s most complex multinational enterprises ($5B+ in annual revenue) and is accountable for delivering measurable business outcomes through value-based SaaS solutions.

This role requires exceptional commercial acumen, personal ownership, and resilience, with the ability to navigate ambiguity, influence senior executives, and lead complex global sales motions from strategy through close

More specifically, you will:

  • Own the full commercial strategy for assigned global enterprise accounts, including net-new acquisition and long-term expansion
  • Lead value-based selling motions, aligning solutions to customer business objectives, regulatory risk, and financial outcomes
  • Develop and execute multi-year account plans grounded in executive priorities, not product features
  • Engage and influence C-suite, Finance, Tax, IT, and Procurement leaders across global organizations
  • Drive complex deal execution with discipline, persistence, and accountability through late-stage cycles
  • Orchestrate internal resources (Pre-Sales, Product, Legal, Security, PS, CS) to deliver customer-first outcomes
  • Maintain forecast accuracy, pipeline hygiene, and deal governance within Salesforce

What We Need From You

  • Comfort operating in ambiguity while maintaining momentum and deal contro10+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience with Fortune 1000 / Global 2000 customers
  • Strong business and financial acumen with the ability to articulate ROI, risk mitigation, and enterprise value
  • A demonstrated owner’s mindset—takes accountability for outcomes, not just activity
  • Grit and resilience in navigating long sales cycles, complex buying committees, and enterprise procurement
  • Customer-first orientation with a proven track record of building trusted executive relationships
  • Consistent success closing $500K–$5M+ ARR transactions with multi-year agreements
  • Experience selling into regulated, global environments
  • Proven ability to lead executive-level, value-based conversations
  • Advanced CRM and forecasting discipline (Salesforce required)
