As a Senior Strategic Communications Specialist supporting the Ortho Tech Division, you will help advance business performance and employee engagement through clear, timely, and compelling communications.

In this role, you will primarily support commercial communications for Ortho Tech’s business units. You will partner with sales leaders, communications colleagues, and other stakeholders to support sales messaging, leadership engagements, recurring communication channels, organizational change, and sales initiatives. You will also lead defined culture and engagement communications across Ortho Tech, including recognition, inclusion, and Weston site communications.

What you will do:

Commercial communications

  • Develop and execute communication plans supporting commercial priorities and initiatives across Ortho Tech’s businesses.

  • Develop and coordinate sales messaging that helps field teams understand business priorities, customer needs, key milestones and required actions.
  • Support communication planning and execution for commercial change initiatives, helping impacted audiences understand what is changing, why it matters, and what is expected of them.
  • Develop communications supporting sales incentive initiatives, ensuring information is accurate, timely and easy for sales audiences to understand.
  • Provide guidance to stakeholders on audience, channel, timing and content strategy to improve relevance, clarity and engagement while reducing unnecessary volume and duplication.

  • Lead communications for division recognition programs and initiatives, partnering with stakeholders to highlight accomplishments and celebrate employees and teams.
  • Own editorial planning, content development, and production for the Robotics Innovation Center newsletter and other Weston site communications.
  • Support HR-related communications for the commercial businesses, partnering with HR and the Strategic Communication Managers on time-sensitive communications.
  • Support execution for the Ortho Tech North American Sales Meeting and other priority commercial or employee-engagement events.

What you need (Required):
