Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) has an opening for a Sr. Supply Chain Manager in Everett, Washington. The selected candidate will be supporting Electrical Systems Responsibility Center.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Manages employees analyzing supply chain material requirements, developing and optimizing inventory planning and synchronizing supply chain demands.
  • Develops and executes project and process plans, implements policies and procedures and sets operational goals.
  • Acquires resources for projects and processes, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.
  • Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.
  • Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.
  • Manages, develops and motivates employees.
  • This is a first/Morning shift position. Must be willing and able to work this shift.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • 10+ years of experience in supporting Operations, Materials Management and/or Supply Chain functions in a production environment.
  • 10+ years of experience working in a role that required strong interpersonal and communicating skills
  • 5+ years experience in managing or leading people or teams.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • Knowledge of Boeing Systems: PDM, CMES, ERPLN, MS Office, Data Mart, ETrac, and BeSSY.

Summary Pay Range:
Level L - $144,000 - $176,000
