Together, we can help shape the endless possibilities of AI.

We are looking for a Senior Supply Chain Manager to own end-to-end supply planning and execution for our silicon and PCIe card product lines out of our Santa Clara headquarters. You will be the operational backbone of our US supply chain — managing silicon supply with our ASIC partner, driving logistics and inventory for PCIe card assembly, owning sales order management, and serving as the supply chain point of contact for engineering change review board (CRB) management. You will operate in NetSuite ERP as the primary system of record for planning, inventory, and order management. This is a high-autonomy, high-impact role where you will build processes from scratch and leverage AI tools to operate at startup speed

Key Responsibilities

Silicon Supply Planning & Execution

  • Own wafers start planning, and delivery tracking with I/C vendor including downstream supply chain (Foundry, OSAT, raw material vendors)

  • Manage silicon POs end-to-end: creation, acknowledgment, delivery, and receipt

  • Monitor lead times, flag risks proactively, and drive resolution with suppliers

North America Logistics & Inventory Management

  • Coordinate all inbound and outbound shipments for the Santa Clara facility

  • Manage On-site PCIe card inventory / allocations for internal customers including cycle counts, safety stock, reorder point optimization

  • Own freight vendor relationships and negotiate rates for US domestic and import lanes

Sales Order Management & Product Supply Planning

  • Process sales orders: entry, allocation, ATP/CTP confirmation, and delivery scheduling

  • Own product-level supply planning and provide inputs to S&OP process

  • Serve as supply chain POC for Change Review Board — assess change impact on supply, cost, and lead time

  • Run demand-supply balancing across all products

AI-Augmented Operations & Systems

  • Leverage AI tools for day-to-day operations. Well versed working with AI based tools (e.g. Claude, Co-pilot)

  • Lead projects to scale operations using AI/automation across supply chain functions driven by short term pain points, quick wins & impact to the organization.

  • Manage & Optimize sales orders, and fulfillment workflows in NetSuite

  • Maintain master data accuracy: items, BOMs, lead times, etc.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years in supply chain planning

  • Deep experience with enterprise scale ERP (Netsuite preferred) — MRP, supply planning, procurement, and inventory modules

  • Proven track record managing silicon or semiconductor supply chains

  • Experience working with contract manufacturers (CM/EMS) and ASIC partners

  • Strong analytical skills — comfortable with scenario planning modeling, bringing in data insights

  • Startup mindset: comfortable building processes from zero, wearing multiple hats

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with AI/ML tools for supply chain

  • Familiarity with PCIe card, server, or networking hardware supply chains

  • APICS/CSCP certification

What Success Looks Like

  • Within 30 days: Fully onboarded on E2E supply chain; independently running supply planning meetings. Plug in to NetSuite ERP to identify gaps in current process

  • Within 60 days: Owning S&OP inputs, CRB process, and driving inventory optimization initiatives. Drive NetSuite ERP open items closure with vendor & consulting partners

  • Within 90 days: Operating autonomously across all responsibilities; proactively identifying cost and risk reduction opportunities
