The Opportunity

Every hire at Hinge Health shapes how 20+ million people access musculoskeletal care. As a Senior Talent Partner on our Talent Acquisition team, you'll own full-cycle recruiting for our across various business functions—think Operations, Clinical, Business Enablement, and Commercial—where roles range from high volume to niche and senior. You won't just fill headcount; you'll act as a strategic advisor to leaders navigating complex, hard-to-find talent markets, while delivering exceptional candidate experience.

What You'll Accomplish

In your first 3 months:

  • Build trusted partnerships with your hiring manager portfolio across assigned functions by leading kick-offs, calibration sessions, and setting realistic hiring roadmaps.

  • Audit open pipelines and identify immediate levers to accelerate time-to-fill for priority roles.

  • Develop fluency in Hinge Health's tools (Ashby, Juicebox.ai) and close your first hires with quality and speed.

In your first 6 months:

  • Independently manage and fill a slate of established roles, maintaining a time-to-fill and offer acceptance rate aligned with team benchmarks.

  • Establish an effective working cadence with your stakeholders, delivering market insights and data that directly influence headcount strategy and calibration.

  • Understand process improvements that impact hiring quality, candidate experience, or funnel efficiency for your function(s).

In your first year:

  • Be the recognized recruiting expert for your business areas—sought out for talent intelligence, creative sourcing strategies, and closing in competitive markets.

  • Mentor new hires or or contribute meaningfully to team enablement (e.g., interviewer training, playbook improvements, or tool adoption initiatives).

  • Establish cross-functional relationships and support initiatives focused on raising the bar on how we hire at Hinge Health.

Who You Are
  • A Strategic Operator: You don't just fill roles—you connect talent strategy to business outcomes. You challenge assumptions, coach hiring managers on market realities, and bring data to every conversation.

  • A Closer: You've navigated competitive offers, nuanced compensation conversations, and senior-level closes. You tailor positioning to what motivates each candidate and partner with Total Rewards when the deal needs creativity.

  • A Learn-it-all: You stay hungry for insight—exploring new sourcing channels, testing outreach strategies, and learning unfamiliar domains quickly enough to become a credible advisor.

  • Resilient & Resourceful (Hustle): When the market is tight or the role is niche, you find a way. You thrive in ambiguity and don't wait for permission to build better systems.

  • Accountable: You own your numbers, your stakeholder relationships, and your candidate pipeline. You raise risks early and follow through on commitments.

Basic Qualifications
  • 5–7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with demonstrated success in Operations, Commercial, Business Enablement, and Clinical.

  • Proven track record filling senior and niche roles in competitive talent markets.

  • Experience independently managing a portfolio of 10+ requisitions simultaneously across multiple hiring managers and functions.

  • 5+ years of experience leading offer calls, including comfort leading compensation conversations, navigating objections, and partnering on offer strategy.

  • Proficiency with modern ATS platforms (Ashby, Lever, Greenhouse, or equivalent) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, AI-powered sourcing platforms).

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience recruiting in a fast paced environment.

  • Familiarity with workforce planning and providing talent market intelligence to senior leadership.

  • Experience mentoring or coaching other recruiters

  • Background partnering with Total Rewards, People Business Partners, and/or Legal on complex offers (relocation, signing bonuses).

  • Data-driven mindset—comfortable building reports, analyzing funnel metrics, and presenting insights to stakeholders.
