About Us

Rho is the modern banking platform built for startups. Open accounts in minutes, issue cards, manage expenses, pay bills, and close the books – all in one connected platform backed by real human support.

About the Role

At Rho, we seek to attract, develop and retain extraordinarily talented people. As our Senior GTM Recruiter, you'll own talent acquisition for our Go-To-Market organization—driving sourcing, screening, and hiring for Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Partnerships. You'll report directly to Rho's Head of People & Talent and be based in our San Francisco or Salt Lake City office, 5 days a week.

You will own your GTM hiring funnels end-to-end, improve our recruitment velocity for high-impact roles, and leverage AI as a force-multiplier. Our People function has already made significant inroads embedding AI into their workflows and we empower every member of the team to be a builder.

What You'll Do
  • Build relationships with top GTM talent in fintech, SaaS, and financial services—and find creative ways to reach people before they're actively looking.

  • Focus on quality over quantity.

  • Own the end-to-end recruiting process for GTM roles: sourcing strategy, screening calls, panel coordination, and offer close.

  • Develop and refine hiring processes for GTM teams; advise hiring managers on better searches and stronger evaluation.

  • Treat recruiting like half art, half science: Find creative positioning angles that resonate with operators; A/B test messaging; use data to understand what converts.

  • Obsess over metrics—pipeline coverage, time-to-hire, offer acceptance rate—and beat them every quarter.

  • Build relationships with Marketing to amplify Rho's talent brand in the GTM space.

What You Bring
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a strong GTM focus (sales, customer success, or sales engineering hiring).

  • A passion for experimentation and craft: you multiply your leverage with AI, test new sourcing channels, and iterate until you get it right.

  • Deep knowledge of the GTM talent market—you know where the best AEs, CSMs, and sales leaders hang out and how to speak their language.

  • Experience operating in high-accountability environments (startups, fintech, financial services, or similarly rigorous orgs).

  • Operational excellence—you run disciplined searches, hit timelines, and coach hiring managers through the process.

  • Clear, persuasive communication and storytelling skills—you can sell Rho to talent and talent to hiring managers.

  • High ownership and accountability—you own the hiring outcome, not just the process.

  • A bias toward action.

Our people are our most valuable asset. Our target compensation range for this role is:

  • San Francisco: $150,000 - $200,000

  • Salt Lake City: $120,000 - $135,000

with variation based on relevant experience, skills, and business needs. In addition to base pay, Rho offers equity, comprehensive healthcare benefits, and paid time off.
