Primary Responsibilities:
  • Defining work strategies, aligning these with resources and desired client outcomes, and overseeing planning and execution of the work
  • Ensuring technology solutions are managed to support business strategies, often working with senior management
  • Directing the integration of technical aspects of all related projects/programs
  • Conducting analyses, needs assessments, and cost/benefit assessments and helping to broker other technology services
  • Monitoring financials to ensure budget compliance
  • Release management
  • Works with less structured, more complex issues
  • Serves as a resource to others
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:
  • Graduate degree or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of project/program management experience in technology environments
  • Experience as an Agile practitioner, with flexibility to adapt to Waterfall methodologies when needed
  • Experience with ServiceNow (SNOW) or similar tools
  • Experience in endpoint software delivery or similar technical environments
  • Exposure to or experience working with AI-related initiatives or technologies
  • Proven solid people management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
