  • Deliver clear product documentation, vision docs, and leadership updates, ensuring alignment across technical and operational customers.
  • Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies in supply chain optimization, and outbound automation to inform strategy and drive innovation
  • Support and mentor other TPMs as needed

What You'll Need:

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using SQL and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to drive insights.
  • Solid understanding of distributed systems, APIs, cloud computing, and microservices architectures.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical and operational concepts for senior leadership.
  • Experience building or managing outbound/post-transaction optimization platforms in e-commerce is a plus.
  • Familiarity with data science and optimization techniques (forecasting, simulation, ML models, scheduling algorithms) is a plus.
  • Passion for building systems that drive operational efficiency, scalability, and improved experience.
