The DGX Cloud TPM Team is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead complex, multi-functional programs that power NVIDIA’s next-generation AI infrastructure. This role involves driving full-stack initiatives involving software, hardware, and cloud platforms. You will support NVIDIA’s top AI researchers and engineers in building and scaling new inference and training workloads.

You will be responsible for managing high-impact engineering programs within a dynamic, fast-paced roadmap, aligning priorities across teams, and ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. This role requires strong technical competence, a proactive approach, and the ability to operate effectively across multiple levels of the organization.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Lead end-to-end execution of DGX Cloud product initiatives, including planning, execution, delivery, and operationalization across NVIDIA’s cloud infrastructure.

  • Develop and implement metrics for measuring program effectiveness and improvement areas, collect and analyze data in support of planning and data driven decisions.

  • Report on overall program status, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.

  • Drive organizational alignment and efficiency by coordinating with multi-functional leads and streamlining processes.

  • Develop and drive delivery of roadmaps and schedules for the many moving parts that need to come together.

  • Manage and improve existing product development; collaborate with engineering management to improve the development workflow and engineering efficiency.

  • Identify and address risks that impact every element of scope, schedule, and quality.

  • Regularly communicate program status and key issues to management and across teams within the organization.

What We Need To See:

  • 10+ years program management experience including proven ability managing global projects, adaptable to multiple time zones.

  • Strong understanding of cloud services, full-stack architecture, and infrastructure-as-a-service (IaaS) platforms.

  • Curious, driven and passionate about finding opportunities for process improvement!

  • Experience with Jira and/or AHA, enabling you to guide an engineering team on how to use these tools and implement Agile/scrum processes.

  • Ability to think strategically and tactically and to build consensus in making programs successful; ability to resolve technical issues and resource conflicts.

  • Possess excellent communications and technical presentation skills.

  • MS EE or CS degree, or equivalent experience; experience in Artificial Intelligence is a plus

Ways To Stand Out From The Crowd:

  • Highly motivated with strong communication skills, with proven ability to work successfully with multi-functional teams and coordinate effectively across organizational boundaries and geographies.

  • Natural ability to influence without authority.

  • Working knowledge of cloud technologies is a plus.

  • Experience with new product introduction and program managing research teams.

  • Experience with efficiency tools and process automation is a big plus as well as direct experience with crafting and rolling out Repair and Breakfix workflows.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 168,000 USD - 258,750 USD for Level 4, and 200,000 USD - 322,000 USD for Level 5.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
