At NVIDIA, we are at the forefront of innovation, pushing the boundaries of computing to deliver world-class technology. The DGX Cloud organization plays a pivotal role in this mission, crafting the software operating layer for NVIDIA's AI factory. This outstanding opportunity allows you to work with modern technology, enabling researchers, developers, and AI infrastructure providers worldwide. Our team is ambitious, striving for flawless execution and groundbreaking results as we build an open, modular stack that connects every layer of AI infrastructure.

What you'll be doing:

  • Develop and expand comprehensive workflows for the ISV and NCP partner validation program, handling engagement, qualification, onboarding, test execution, and result publication across multiple partners simultaneously.

  • Build and expand strategic connections with ISV and NCP partners. Act as the main program contact and find new Open Modular SW components to add to the validation program.

  • Expand the validation testing framework as new components are developed. Increase test suite coverage from IaaS to PaaS. Identify gaps raised by partners and incorporate findings into product and engineering plans.

  • Own lab operations and partner onboarding infrastructure, managing capacity allocation, hardware provisioning, and secure environment reset between partner engagements.

  • Lead Open Source Portfolio oversight and the executive Pulse rhythm through the concept approval process across product and engineering leadership, curating the portfolio health review that drives prioritization and roadmap alignment.

  • Build AI-powered workflows to automate program operations and portfolio tracking, instrumenting dashboards and tooling to automate partner engagement tracking, validation achievement monitoring, and adoption health signals.

  • Drive cross-functional alignment across product, engineering, DevRel, PMM or equivalent experience, and field GTM, defining and monitoring program targets including partner enablement speed, test suite coverage, lab utilization, and OSS portfolio health.

What we need to see:

  • 12+ years in technical program management with at least 4 years owning partner enablement, ecosystem qualification, or infrastructure programs.

  • Experience managing programs that span external partner engagement and internal engineering delivery simultaneously, from onboarding through joint go-to-market.

  • Strong ability to coordinate priorities, dependencies, risks, and action plans across multiple engineering and product teams.

  • Proven track record running executive-level program reviews, crafting agendas, driving decision accountability, and translating complex technical work into clear status and risk.

  • Experience building scalable operational systems such as dashboards, decision logs, and tooling that reduce manual overhead while improving program visibility using AI workflows.

  • Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure, open-source software development, and partner or ISV ecosystem programs.

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Practical experience with ISV or NCP qualification programs, developing validation suites, or partner lab environments in the AI or GPU infrastructure field.

  • Familiarity with Infra software stack or reference architecture programs for NeoCloud Partners.

  • Experience building or growing partner lab environments, encompassing security, compliance, and legal readiness frameworks.

  • Track record applying AI or automation tooling to program management, status aggregation, deck automation, or partner feedback synthesis.

  • Prior experience contributing to open-source governance programs or OSS foundation program management with strong technical judgment with the ability to collaborate closely with engineering and product leaders across a broad, multi-layer software portfolio.
