We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead an enterprise-scale AI performance marketing transformation program, with a focus on agentic and AI-enabled MarTech solutions. This role is ideal for a senior delivery leader who combines strong executive presence, hands-on program orchestration, and a bias for rapid value realization while working closely with clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams to operationalize AI in performance marketing.
Primary Responsibilities & Qualifications
1. Executive Presence & Client Leadership
Lead complex client-vendor relationships and act as a trusted delivery partner to VP and SVP-level stakeholders.
Translate AI and MarTech initiatives into clear executive narratives, outcomes, and expectations.
2. Hands-On Program & Project Management Excellence
Own end-to-end delivery across program and project management, including planning, governance, dependencies, risk, and execution.
Orchestrate across engineering, data, MarTech, and AI teams using best-practice delivery.
3. MarTech & Performance Marketing Expertise
Strong background delivering performance marketing and MarTech programs, including platforms such as Adobe and data-driven marketing ecosystems.
Familiarity with measurement, attribution, personalization, and optimization use cases is highly valued.
4. AI Performance Marketing & Data Fluency
Working knowledge of AI-enabled performance marketing, including agentic workflows, LLMs, RAG, and modern data platforms (e.g., Gemini, Vertex, or similar).
Experience partnering with technical teams to apply AI to marketing optimization, experimentation, and decision-making. (deep hands-on engineering NOT required)
5. Relentless Focus on Speed to Value
Proven ability to drive fast, measurable value from AI and MarTech initiatives.
Ensure programs are outcome-driven, accelerating time-to-impact while managing complexity.

Information Security Responsibilities
- Promote and enforce awareness of key information security practices, including acceptable use of information assets, malware protection, and password security protocols
- Identify, assess, and report security risks, focusing on how these risks impact the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets
- Understand and evaluate how data is stored, processed, or transmitted, ensuring compliance with data privacy and protection standards (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
- Ensure data protection measures are integrated throughout the information lifecycle to safeguard sensitive information
