Stakeholder & Dependency Management

  • Own cross-team dependency tracking and risk visibility.

  • Surface trade-offs with clear recommendations and data-backed insights.

  • Influence prioritization decisions at senior levels.

Communication & Executive Reporting

  • Deliver concise, executive-ready updates for leadership forums.

  • Translate technical complexity into business impact.

  • Maintain transparent reporting on risks, capacity, and milestone health.

  • Drive clarity in ambiguous or rapidly evolving environments.

Risk & Compliance Focus

  • Anticipate risk exposure and embed mitigation early in delivery cycles.

Experience you’ll bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.

  • 7–10 years of experience in Technical Program Management.

  • Experience delivering enterprise-scale programs in fintech, risk, compliance, or regulated environments.
