We are looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter who will contribute to bringing strong technical talent to Kiddom's Product, Design and Engineering team. Kiddom's business is rapidly expanding and needs to scale our pace of product delivery in an effective and expedient manner. We need a senior recruiter who can develop a strong pipeline of candidates and manage the relationship with internal clients. You possess the ability to understand a complex business and communicate the value prop of a role with us as we scale towards a massive business with lots of end users of our product. You will play a pivotal role helping the organization connect with the right talent and meet our business objectives. This role works within the Talent team and reports to the VP of Talent.
This role requires in-person office work in our San Francisco HQ.
You will...
- Own multiple search processes, from establishing position requirements up to building and managing a pipeline of active and passive talent
- Proactively conduct research and investigate new ideas to create innovative sourcing strategies
- Possess a strong focus on sourcing passive candidates through networking, cold calling, complex internet searches and research (ex: Boolean searches on various platforms)
- Interact with candidates on social platforms and craft recruiting emails
- Source active candidates from online databases, contact lists, internal databases, and employee referrals
- Act as a search expert for a functional area(s) by understanding functional hiring needs, position specifications and search requirements
- Partner with internal stakeholders to generate ideas, leverage resources and share information that facilitates an effective search process
- Screen candidates for availability, interest level, visa status, salary range, relocation needs, basic qualifications; present relevant leads to the hiring manager
- Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs
- Measure conversion rates, including numbers of passive candidates who turn into applicants, get invited to interviews, get offers and get hired
What we look for
- Proven work experience as a Talent / Technical Recruiter or similar role (8+ yrs) scaling growth companies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, highly professional demeanor, with proven ability to take initiative and build strong productive relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
- Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques and demonstrated sourcing skills (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)
- Tech savvy, with a good understanding of technical terminology and deep knowledge about technology industry in general, more specifically, companies, competitors, current events, etc.
- Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and Candidate Management Systems (CMSs)
- Ability to generate a high volume / high quality pipeline of candidates under very tight timelines
- Flexibility and willingness to support multiple functions / business units
- Quick learner and ability to think fast, capable of understanding many different profilesIndependent and self-motivated, able to perform without constant supervision
- Non-technical sourcing experience would be a bonus
- Willing to handle scheduling and initial outreach
- Completed BS/BA

Salary range is dependent on geographic location, prior experience, seniority, and demonstrated role related ability during the interview process.
