ACCOUNTABILITIES

May be responsible for one or more of the following:

• Provide oversight and management of the delivery of real estate services to client(s) with focus on effective management of real estate functions, contracts and negotiations and all transaction services required

• Manage and negotiate advanced transactions including market optimization activities, site identification and selection, LOI and lease terms, and renewals

• Lead major or high profile transactions with minimal assistance from others

• Compile and provide accurate tracking and reporting of client(s) deliverables

• Monitor and review the workload of team and/or managers

• Understand client(s) strategic real estate goals and implement corresponding real estate plans

• Provide leadership and guidance through the on-boarding support of new team members, including training of new team members

• Create and maintain trust and strong relationships with internal and external parties

• Provide regular feedback to leadership regarding issues, challenges, and areas for additional focus

• Manage day-to-day client interactions and expectations

• Participate in team and client objectives to ensure targets and goals are achieved

• Provide high level of customer service to client(s) and vendors

• Manage or execute special projects, as assigned

• Demonstrate initiative through taking on additional projects and responsibilities

• Assist with preparation of transaction documents( e.g. case studies) needed for new business pursuits

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor Degree

• 5+ years relevant work experience

• Or any similar combination of education and experience

• Must obtain and hold state real estate license

• Advanced familiarity with and understanding of lease language and terms, the reconciliation process for Common Area Maintenance, insurance and real estate taxes

• Proficiency in all applicable software/hardware applications, including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office

• Strong financing, budgeting and pro forma modeling skills

• Demonstrated leadership, self-management, and problem resolution skills

• Ability to manage, review, and approve a large volume of transactions simultaneously

• Proven record of providing exceptional internal and external customer service

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Ability to demonstrate initiative and reflect a sense of urgency by meeting or exceeding deadlines

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Involves work of a general office nature; typically includes extended periods of sitting and/or operation of a computer for up to 8 hours a day

• May involve periods of standing, such as operating at a copier/fax/scanner

• Regularly required to talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to write and type

• Ability to speak clearly so others can understand you

• Ability to read and understand information and ideas presented orally and in writing

• Ability to communicate information and ideas in writing and orally so others will understand

• Regularly required to utilize vision abilities, allowing reading of printed material, graphics, and computer displays

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.


The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.


The compensation for the position is: $ 110,500.00 - $130,000.00
