Title: Senior UX Designer

 

Summary of Role

As a full-stack Senior UX Designer, you will be running user research with customers, creating lo-fi to hi-fi concepts/prototypes and sophisticated screen designs for our digital products that will reach a growing global user base across multiple countries. As part of a high-performing team, you will work closely with a high-performing team of product engineers, business analysts, and global partner UX teams to create and shape key experiences, build a consistent narrative across various digital initiatives, and ultimately build trust across all touch points with our customers.

 

How You’ll Succeed

-You will lead the creation and design for our UI/UX design system

-You will create interaction flows, prototype, low/high fidelity designs

-You will work closely with our UX Researches to incorporate market analysis, user feedback, and usability testing finding in your designs

-You will incorporate Accessibility and Localization in all design concepts

-You will coach, empower, and consult your scrum team members in user-centered design thinking


What You Bring

-You will possess Bachelor's / Master's studies in the field of design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or related field of studies.

-Your work experience will include both B2B and B2C software.

-You will bring a minimum of 5 years of experience as a UX designer, interaction designer, service designer or similar role.

-You have led and implemented UI/UX Design Systems.

-You can demonstrate UX design expertise across multiple channels and international markets.
