We are seeking a Senior Vice President, Data Transformation & Product Strategy for our Data Solutions and Services Platform. This role is located in our Lake Mary, FL offices.

In this role, you will help lead the firm’s transformation of fragmented onboarding workflows into a shared enterprise data platform that provides a connected view of client and related information and enables consistent data flow across business origination, onboarding, account setup, billing, and downstream applications.

This role will define and execute the enterprise vision to transform Enterprise Data Master from a central repository into BNY’s operational backbone for client, account, and relationship data, with Enterprise Onboarding serving as the strategic Single Front Door. The leader will drive the strategic capabilities, product architecture, investment roadmap, solutioning and adoption mechanisms required to embed authoritative data into the applications and end-to-end workflows that power the firm’s decisions and operations.

By establishing common standards, scalable consumption patterns, clear platform commitments, and outcome-based measures, this role will help retire fragmented local views and build a reusable master data ecosystem that enhances client experience, strengthens operational resilience and control effectiveness, improves productivity, and enables analytics, automation, AI readiness, and stronger returns on BNY’s enterprise data investments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the product vision, strategy, roadmap, prioritized capabilities, requirements, and measurable outcomes for enterprise data solutions.
  • Productize reusable data services, onboarding workflows, governance controls, and analytics- and AI-ready capabilities.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional delivery across Product, Engineering, Architecture, Operations, Governance, Risk, and business stakeholders.
  • Own scope, sequencing, dependencies, risks, release readiness, adoption, and stakeholder accountability across strategic initiatives.
  • Identify and deliver opportunities to eliminate duplication, simplify processes, expand automation, and improve scalability and operational efficiency.
  • Drive adoption of enterprise data capabilities by embedding authoritative data into critical applications and workflows.
  • Establish and reinforce common standards, reusable patterns, and platform commitments that support enterprise-wide consistency and scale.
  • Partner with stakeholders to ensure product strategy aligns with business priorities, operational needs, control requirements, and long-term enterprise value creation.
  • Track and measure business outcomes, adoption, and value realization from enterprise data investments.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in product management, data product strategy, enterprise data transformation, technology delivery, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated success translating complex business and data needs into product roadmaps, requirements, operating models, and implementation plans.
  • Strong command of enterprise data platforms, integration, governance, quality, access, and reusable data products.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional delivery, navigate competing priorities, and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, communication, execution, and change leadership skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in financial services, onboarding platforms, client data, master or reference data, analytics, automation, or AI enablement.
  • Experience with product operating models, Agile or SAFe delivery, KPI/OKR design, adoption measurement, and enterprise controls.
  • Working knowledge of data architecture, APIs, integration patterns, analytics platforms, and modern data technologies.
