We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, POM Product Management to join our AI Hub team. This role is located in New York City, NY.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: 

  • Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI/ML initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and measurable value creation.
  • Lead end-to-end AI product development lifecycle activities, from opportunity identification and requirements gathering through deployment, adoption, and ongoing optimization.
  • Partner with business leaders, senior management, and technical teams to identify high-impact use cases, prioritize investments, and align product outcomes with strategic priorities.
  • Own and manage the product backlog, product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria to guide delivery teams and ensure successful execution.
  • Oversee the planning, implementation, and integration of large-scale AI solutions within existing business processes and enterprise technology ecosystems.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs), business outcomes, and ROI metrics to measure product success and inform future investment decisions.
  • Evaluate market trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging AI technologies to shape product strategy, drive innovation, and maintain competitive advantage.
  • Ensure adherence to AI governance, ethical standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational risk-management frameworks.
  • Develop go-to-market and adoption strategies in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders to maximize the impact and value of AI products.
  • Mentor and develop product talent while fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and excellence in AI product management.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required.
  • 8-10+ years of product management with experience creating strategic product roadmaps and working with cross-functional teams in a highly-matrixed environment.
  • Previous experience working on AI/ML products required. Prior experience working in a financial industry preferred. 
  • Strong preference for candidates with a software engineering or technical architecture background, with the ability to bridge deep technical concepts and product strategy
  • Deep understanding of AI technologies and their business applications, with the ability to translate technical capabilities into measurable business value.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing the end-to-end lifecycle of AI products from strategy through delivery.
  • Demonstrated track record of launching AI solutions that drive significant business impact, adoption, and ROI.
  • Strong knowledge of AI governance, ethics, risk, and regulatory considerations within financial services or other regulated industries.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills, with the ability to balance business objectives, user needs, and technical feasibility.

    Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is only part of the total rewards package, which may include eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award. Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans then in effect, eligible employees may enroll in a 401(k) plan as well as participate in Company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance plans for the employee and the employee’s eligible dependents. Eligible employees also may receive other benefits (including various paid time off benefits, such as vacation and sick time), dependent on the position offered.
