About the role

You'll lead the visual voice of Gamma, creating campaigns and brand systems that bring our story and product to life across every touchpoint. This means dreaming up and executing creative work that turns heads, from digital and motion design to web, print, merch, and events. You'll shape how Gamma looks and feels in the world, collaborating with marketing, product, and leadership to push visual boundaries while mentoring and inspiring other designers.

As Senior Visual Designer, you'll jump between mediums with ease, leading projects end-to-end from concept to launch with high creative autonomy. You'll blend concept, craft, and storytelling to create campaigns that aren't afraid of bold color or big ideas.

Our team has a strong in-office culture and works in person 4–5 days per week in San Francisco. We love working together to stay creative and connected, with flexibility to work from home when focus matters most.

What you'll do
  • Dream up and execute creative campaigns across digital, motion, web, print, merch, and events

  • Shape and evolve Gamma's brand system, ensuring visual consistency and impact across every touchpoint

  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership to define how Gamma shows up visually in the world

  • Lead design projects end-to-end from concept to launch with high creative autonomy

  • Mentor and inspire other designers, elevating craft across the team through feedback and guidance

  • Experiment with AI tools to push the boundaries of what's possible in visual design

What you'll bring
  • 6+ years in visual or brand design, with a portfolio that shows strong concept thinking, craft, and the ability to tell a story through design

  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite including motion and video tools, with comfort working fluidly across mediums

  • A track record of owning creative work from concept through execution, with the judgment to make bold choices and the craft to back them up

  • Comfort giving and receiving feedback and mentoring others in a fast-paced creative environment

  • Passion for building brands that push visual boundaries, from bold color to unexpected ideas. Design that doesn't play it safe

  • Active experimentation with AI tools to expand what's creatively possible

Compensation range:

The base salary for this full-time position, which spans multiple internal levels depending on qualifications, ranges between $140K–$220K plus benefits & equity.

Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including but not limited to experience and expertise in the requirements listed above.
