Company Overview

Agility PR Solutions is a global leader in media intelligence and PR technology. Founded in 2003, we help communications teams around the world drive awareness, make smarter decisions, and protect their reputation when it matters most. Our enterprise-grade platform unifies media relations, media monitoring, social listening, AI visibility, and media intelligence into a single seamless system—turning overwhelming streams of coverage and conversation into decision-ready intelligence. Recognized for ease of use, results, and customer support, Agility is one of the most trusted names in media intelligence. Our mission is to empower the voices that shape the world's narratives, and we're looking for people who want to help us do it.

About the Role

Reporting to the Associate Director, Demand Generation, this role carries a two-part mandate: deep expertise in SEO, AEO, AIO, and GEO — how Agility gets found by search engines and by the AI answer engines increasingly replacing them — and ownership of all of Agility's organic social media.

The strategic mission is direct. Today, roughly 80% of our marketing-qualified leads come from paid channels. Your job is to change that mix: grow organic's share of MQLs quarter over quarter, and prove that organic leads convert to opportunities and closed-won business at a higher rate than paid. Your scoreboard depends on the attribution model our Rev/Marketing Operations Manager is building; you two will be close partners.

On the search and AI-visibility side, you own how Agility appears in LLM-generated answers: a recurring measurement battery of the questions our buyers actually ask AI assistants, the technical and content work that moves those results, and the AEO discipline applied to everything we publish. You are thinking, always, about how we market to the LLMs.

On the social side, you own every organic channel: follower growth, engagement, and a social content calendar wired directly to our demand generation campaigns and our flagship research reports. Paid social sits with our paid media specialist so you can focus entirely on organic growth from any and every channel. You will also evaluate whether Bulldog Reporter warrants its own social presence — and if it does, you will run both programs.

You also own a distinctive conversion loop: our conversational AI pilot surfaces the content and knowledge gaps visitors actually hit. You read those gaps, define the missing content, partner with the Product & Customer Marketing Manager or the Director of Communications & Content to produce it, and own the resulting lift in time on site, form fills, and MQLs.

What Success Looks Like

  • Organic's share of MQLs grows quarter over quarter against a paid-dominated baseline.
  • Once attribution is live, organic MQLs demonstrably convert to opportunities and closed-won at a higher rate than paid.
  • Agility's visibility in LLM-generated answers improves measurably on the recurring quarterly query battery.
  • Organic social followers and engagement grow across channels, with a calendar that visibly serves campaigns and flagship research.
  • The content-gap loop runs: gaps identified, content produced with partners, and lift in site engagement and form fills attributed to it.
  • The Bulldog Reporter social channel decision is made with evidence, and executed.

What You'll Do

Search & Answer-Engine Optimization

  • Own technical SEO and AEO across the site: architecture, structured data, and content optimization for both search engines and AI answer engines.
  • Set keyword and topic strategy in service of campaign and product priorities.
  • Apply an AEO lens to everything the content organization publishes.

AI & LLM Visibility (GEO)

  • Run the recurring quarterly measurement battery of buyer questions across major AI assistants; report movement and diagnose causes.
  • Execute the technical and content plays that improve how Agility is represented in AI-generated answers.
  • Stay current on the fast-moving GEO discipline and bring what works back into our program.

Organic Social

  • Own all organic social channels: monitoring, strategy, calendar, posting, community engagement, and analytics.
  • Wire the social calendar to demand generation campaigns and flagship research launches.
  • Grow followers and engagement with a daily and weekly numbers habit.
  • Evaluate, recommend, and if warranted run a separate Bulldog Reporter social program.

Content-Gap & Conversion Loop

  • Read the content and knowledge gaps surfaced by our conversational AI pilot.
  • Define the missing content and partner with product marketing or the content organization to produce it.
  • Own the resulting lift: time on site, form fills, and MQLs from organic.

What You'll Bring

  • Proven SEO and AEO expertise, including hands-on GEO work: you have measured and moved how a brand appears in LLM-generated answers, and you can show it.
  • Strong technical SEO: site architecture, structured data, and performance fundamentals.
  • B2B organic social experience, especially LinkedIn, with growth and engagement numbers you can speak to.
  • Analytics fluency across web and social; comfort building your own reporting.
  • A daily and weekly numbers habit and a relentless test-learn-iterate loop: you find what resonates and compound on it.
  • The mindset this era requires: you think about how we market to the LLMs, not only to people and search engines.
  • Collaborative instincts — your biggest wins will be produced with partners in content, product marketing, and operations.

Why You'll Love It Here

  • Fully remote work environment
  • Collaborative culture – and key tools enabling it
  • Competitive compensation package
  • Health, Dental & Vision benefits
  • RRSP matching
  • Life Insurance
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
  • Career Development & Progression opportunities
  • Paid Vacation, Personal Days and Sick days
  • Flex Fridays in Summer, Week off between Christmas and New Years'
  • No Internal Meetings Fridays

Compensation

The base salary range for this role is C$80,000–C$108,000 annually, plus a 10% target bonus. Final compensation will reflect the successful candidate's experience, skills, and internal equity.

This is for a vacant position.

AI Usage

We use technology to make hiring smarter, faster, and more personal, never less human. Artificial intelligence (AI) tools help us manage applications efficiently and highlight qualifications that align with each role, allowing our recruiters to focus more on meaningful conversations with candidates. AI does not make hiring decisions at Agility. Every decision is made by people, our hiring managers and recruitment professionals, who are trained to apply sound judgment and equitable practices at every stage. We believe technology exists to amplify human insight, not replace it. That belief shapes how we build relationships, tell stories, and grow our teams.

At Agility, we strive every day to build a more inclusive work environment and introduce tools that enable it. We strongly encourage applications from all people regardless of race, religion, gender, age, disability status or sexual orientation.

Even if you find yourself not checking all the boxes of our listed requirements but you are excited about this opportunity, we'd love to hear from you anyway. Our Talent Acquisition team will review your application for this role, and other potential role matches open now or in the future.

If, at any stage of the application process, you require accommodation owing to disability or a medical need, please let us know at [email protected] for us to make appropriate arrangements.it!
