- Coordinate and track site surveys and construction project status for residential and commercial fiber and coax installations
- Support the permitting process by serving as a subject matter expert and maintaining accurate reporting for permits
- Schedule and monitor construction referrals to ensure timely completion
- Respond to, route, and track requests and updates related to construction projects
- Maintain construction management tools with current project statuses and notes
- Monitor and report on required pole transfer activities
- Adhere to applicable local, state and federal regulations and Spectrum policies

What You'll Bring to Spectrum
Required Qualifications
Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
- Continuing education coursework in project administration or equivalent experience
Experience
- 2+ years demonstrated communication skills
- 2+ years project coordination experience
- Experience with computer programs such as Microsoft Office and other industry-related software

- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
- Ability to analyze and interpret data
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks within established timelines
- Ability to interpret instructions in written, oral, diagram or schedule form
