What you will do
- Lead and coordinate the delivery of data center infrastructure projects, ensuring commitments are achieved on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
- Serve as a key customer-facing contact, maintaining strong relationships and providing regular project and delivery updates.
- Manage project schedules, milestones, budgets, risks, dependencies, and performance metrics while driving proactive issue resolution.
- Coordinate delivery activities across internal teams, vendors, and field resources to support successful project execution.
- Own and drive escalations, ensuring timely resolution and effective stakeholder communication.
- Maintain visibility into project performance through accurate documentation, reporting, and KPI tracking.
- Support resource planning activities and delivery readiness across multiple projects and stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, delivery quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Foster a collaborative, customer-focused culture while working closely with cross-functional teams.
- Ensure compliance with applicable environmental, health, safety, and quality requirements.
The skills you bring
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 5-8 years of experience in Service Delivery, Project Management, Operations, Telecommunications, Data Center Infrastructure, or related fields.
- Experience supporting infrastructure deployments, technology implementations, or data center projects.
- Strong project management skills, including schedule management, budget management, risk management, issue resolution, and stakeholder management.
- Customer-facing experience with strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, vendors, and customers.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in Data Center, Infrastructure Deployment, Telecommunications, or Technical Project Management environments is highly preferred.
- PMP or similar project management certification is considered a plus.
