Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated ServiceNow MEDSLED Sales Executive to join our growing ServiceNow practice. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and expanding existing relationships within the Healthcare, Life Sciences, State & Local Government, and Higher Education (MEDSLED) sectors.
As a trusted advisor to clients, you will help organizations modernize operations, improve service delivery, and accelerate digital transformation through ServiceNow-powered solutions. You will work closely with ServiceNow field sales teams, client stakeholders, and internal solution experts to identify opportunities, build pipeline, and close consulting and implementation services engagements.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record selling ServiceNow consulting and implementation services, strong relationships within the MEDSLED ecosystem, and experience navigating complex public-sector and healthcare procurement processes.

What you will do:

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and opportunity creation through contract negotiation and close.
  • Develop and execute a territory strategy focused on Healthcare, Life Sciences, State & Local Government, and Higher Education organizations.
  • Build and maintain a qualified pipeline of at least 3x annual quota.
  • Identify, develop, and close consulting, advisory, implementation, optimization, and managed services opportunities related to ServiceNow.
  • Partner closely with ServiceNow account executives, solution consultants, industry leaders, and partner teams to drive co-sell opportunities.
  • Establish trusted advisor relationships with executive stakeholders, including CIOs, CTOs, Chief Digital Officers, IT leaders, operations leaders, and transformation executives.
  • Lead strategic conversations around digital transformation, workflow modernization, employee experience, customer experience, IT modernization, AI-enabled workflows, and operational excellence.
  • Navigate public-sector procurement vehicles, RFPs, RFIs, government contracts, and healthcare purchasing processes.
  • Collaborate with marketing to execute account-based marketing campaigns, industry events, and partner-led initiatives.
  • Work cross-functionally with delivery, solution consulting, and leadership teams to develop compelling proposals and statements of work.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, opportunity management, and pipeline reporting within CRM systems.
  • Represent the organization at ServiceNow events, healthcare conferences, government technology forums, and industry networking events.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.

Qualifications and skills:

  • 7+ years of enterprise software, consulting, or professional services sales experience.
  • 5+ years selling ServiceNow consulting, implementation, or managed services.
  • Demonstrated success selling into Healthcare, Life Sciences, State & Local Government, or Higher Education organizations.
  • Existing relationships within the ServiceNow ecosystem, including ServiceNow field sales and partner teams.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota in a consultative sales environment.
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and procurement requirements.
  • Strong understanding of public-sector procurement processes, healthcare buying cycles, and regulated environments.
  • Ability to position business outcomes, transformation initiatives, and consulting services to executive decision-makers.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently while collaborating across distributed teams.
  • Experience using CRM and sales intelligence tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Existing ServiceNow partner ecosystem relationships.
  • Experience selling into large healthcare systems, health plans, state agencies, municipalities, or higher education institutions.
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations, public-sector compliance requirements, or government contracting environments.
  • Experience selling AI, workflow automation, or digital transformation initiatives.
  • ServiceNow certifications or industry certifications are a plus.

Success metrics:

  • Achievement of quarterly and annual services revenue targets.
  • Pipeline generation and maintenance of at least 3x quota coverage.
  • New logo acquisition within MEDSLED accounts.
  • Expansion of existing client relationships.
  • ServiceNow co-sell engagement and sourced pipeline.
  • Forecast accuracy and opportunity progression.
  • Strategic partner and client relationship development.
