Job Title: Project Manager – ServiceNow

Engagement Type: 12-Month Contract
Location: Hybrid in Canada (Toronto/Winnipeg/Halifax ONLY) or remote within LATAM

Role Overview

Our client, a leading consulting organization, is seeking a Project Manager with ServiceNow experience who brings strong people skills, stakeholder diplomacy, and the ability to operate effectively in complex, high-pressure environments.

This role is ideal for someone who can bring structure where things are fluid, manage distributed teams across regions, and navigate challenging personalities and situations to ensure work gets done.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow-related projects within a consulting environment

  • Serve as the main liaison between client stakeholders, internal teams, and leadership

  • Manage and coordinate resources across regions, including visibility into who is working where

  • Handle difficult stakeholders and situations with professionalism, diplomacy, and tact

  • Diffuse conflict and drive alignment so teams can focus on delivery

  • Proactively address small project issues before they escalate into larger risks

  • Lead project planning, tracking, reporting, and governance activities

  • Manage peer and management-level interactions to ensure clarity and accountability

  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities and evolving client needs

  • Work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced consulting environment

  • Navigate cultural differences across global teams

  • 3–4 years of experience as a Project Manager, ideally within consulting

  • MUST HAVE - Hands-on experience in managing ServiceNow projects (implementations/integrations) involving various modules of ServiceNow

  • Should have experience or knowledge of scrum & agile methodologies

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

  • Proven ability to manage difficult personalities and complex situations

  • Excellent resource management and organizational skills

  • Comfortable working with distributed, global teams

  • Ability to pivot quickly and maintain structure amid ambiguity
