  • Orchestrate Ecosystem Partners: Align and engage specialty services partners alongside internal field Engagement Management teams to build unified, competitive partner pricing and comprehensive service proposals.
  • Govern Opportunity Tracking: Maintain operational excellence and accurate revenue pipeline visibility by meticulously tracking each services sales opportunity within KeyedIn from initial inquiry to final delivery handoff.
  • Enable Continuous Improvement: Conduct operational and financial analysis of deal outcomes to refine scoping templates, automate internal workflow processes, and deliver programmatic training to scaling sales teams.
WHAT YOU BRING
  • Experience: Sales, Professional Service, Project/Program management and Contract Management experience
  • Technical Scoping & SoW Mastery: Exceptional ability to translate ambiguous enterprise infrastructure requirements into precise, legally sound Scopes of Work (SoW) and accurate levels of effort.
  • Cross-Functional Influence & Communication: Masterful communication, objection-handling, and presentation skills, with a proven track record of building deep trust with global sales directors, technical resellers, and enterprise clients.
  • Operational Agility & Problem Solving: Critical thinking and a detail-oriented approach to managing multiple high-priority engagements simultaneously across various global time zones, combined with foundational knowledge of business finance.
  • Process Automation & Program Management: Demonstrated capability in building, streamlining, and automating operational workflows to support a scaling, fast-paced services sales infrastructure.
