We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Functional Lead with strong techno-functional expertise to lead and oversee Salesforce (SFDC) implementations. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions, providing leadership for onshore delivery, solution design, and functional configuration. This role demands deep Salesforce knowledge, excellent stakeholder management, and experience in guiding end-to-end Salesforce projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead onshore functional activities and act as the primary interface with business stakeholders.

  • Translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with best practices.

  • Provide techno-functional guidance on Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration.

  • Collaborate with technical architects and developers to ensure end-to-end solution design.

  • Conduct requirements workshops, prepare functional specifications, and guide the development team.

  • Support UAT, testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities.

  • Mentor and guide offshore functional and technical teams, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and optimized Salesforce utilization.

  • Ensure proper documentation of business processes, functional specifications, and user guides.
     

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 6+ years of Salesforce experience with strong functional and technical expertise.

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and automation tools (Flows, Process Builder, Workflow Rules).

  • Strong experience in integration scenarios using APIs, middleware, or Salesforce connectors.

  • Proven ability to work as a Techno-Functional Lead, bridging business needs with technical solutions.

  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

  • Experience preparing functional documentation, test cases, and leading UAT.

  • Nice to have Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Platform App Builder, Consultant) preferred.

  • Experience in Agile/Scrum environments is a plus.

  • Focused on delivering business value through Salesforce solutions.
