Rate: $50-$54/hr on W2 (DOE)

About the Role
In this role, you will be supporting digital collaboration, content governance, and workflow automation across business teams. This role focuses on maintaining SharePoint Online sites, building lightweight business solutions, improving information access, and driving adoption of Microsoft 365 and AI-enabled tools.
You will partner closely with business stakeholders, site owners, and technical teams to ensure content accuracy, streamline processes, and enhance user experience across the organization.
Responsibilities
• Manage and maintain SharePoint Online content including pages, document libraries, lists, metadata, and site structure.
• Ensure content governance by aligning site templates, metadata, and structure with enterprise information architecture standards.
• Improve content quality, navigation, and discoverability to reduce duplication and enhance user access to trusted information.
• Manage SharePoint permissions, access controls, and site security in alignment with organizational policies.
• Design, develop, and maintain simple business solutions using Microsoft Forms, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
• Integrate forms and workflows with SharePoint lists/libraries to support approvals, notifications, and data capture.
• Build lightweight automation solutions that improve process efficiency and reduce manual work.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to monitor site usage, content engagement, and adoption trends.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
3–5+ years of experience with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365.
Technical Skills
• Strong experience with SharePoint Online content management and administration.
• Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Microsoft Forms would be a plus.
• Understanding of SharePoint permissions, security, and governance models.
• Experience with reporting and analytics for content usage and site performance.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Copilot and AI-assisted productivity tools.
• Ability to design simple AI-driven solutions to improve knowledge access and automation.
