Now Hiring: Bilingual Site Admin Assistant

Compensation: $25- $26/hr

Shift: M-F 7am-3:30pm

Primary location in Sunnyvale with occasional travel to San Francisco

Job Overview

The Site Admin Assistant will be responsible for handling administrative requests and queries from senior managers.

Roles & Responsibilities

To perform this job successfully and safely, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.  Other duties may be assigned.

  • Support site managers with employee programs and services

  • Coordinate and organize manager’s schedule and make appointments with admin software

  • Greet scheduled visitors and conduct them to appropriate area or person

  • Organize and maintain file system, files correspondence, and other records

  • Answer and screen manager's telephone calls, give information to callers, and arrange conference calls

  • Read and route incoming mail

  • Prepare outgoing mail and correspondence, including e-mail and faxes

  • Arrange and coordinate travel schedules and reservations

  • Conduct research, compile, and type statistical reports

  • Coordinate and arrange meetings, prepare agendas, reserve, and prepare facilities, and record/transcribe minutes of meetings

  • Make copies of correspondence or other printed materials

  • Order and maintain supplies, and arrange for equipment maintenance

Education and/ or Experience: Associate degree from two-year College or technical school. One year related experience and/or training.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: May required to have a valid driver’s license.
