As Social Marketing Manager, you will manage Emergent's brand presence across social platforms, develop content strategies, engage with the community, and analyze performance metrics.
The summary above was generated by AI

Emergent builds autonomous coding agents that replace traditional software development by generating, testing, and deploying production applications directly from plain-language intent. Our systems run in production at global scale and are used to build millions of real applications.

Since public launch, Emergent has reached $100M ARR in 8 months. 8M+ users across 190+ countries have built 7M+ applications on Emergent. We've raised $100M+, backed by Khosla Ventures, SoftBank, Google, Lightspeed, Prosus, Together, and Y Combinator.

We're solving the hard part of AI-driven software creation: correctness, reliability, security, and scale in real production systems. The team is built by repeat founders, Olympiad medalists, and leaders from Google, Amazon, and Dropbox.

We're hiring builders who want ownership, speed, and impact at global scale.

The Role

Social is where Emergent meets the next billion creators. As Social Marketing Manager, you own how we show up across the platforms where vibe coders and business owners actually live. You'll set the content strategy, run our owned channels, and amplify the founders and executives whose voices are shaping the category. When a moment breaks on X or TikTok, you're already in the doc with a sharp take ready to ship.

What You'll Do:

  • Own content strategy and day-to-day management of Emergent's brand accounts across LinkedIn and X. Plan it, ship it, measure it, sharpen it.
  • Support voice and content creation for founder and executive-led social. Help our leaders show up consistently with the substance and personality that earn followers.
  • Drive real-time responsiveness. Trend-jack the moments worth jumping on, ignore the ones that aren't, and turn cultural beats into Emergent moments.
  • Build a creator and community strategy that turns vibe coders into our loudest fans. Surface the best user-built apps, run UGC programs, and pull our community into the spotlight.
  • Set the editorial calendar across launches, evergreen series, AMAs, and tentpole moments. Partner with product marketing, brand, and growth so social compounds the rest of GTM.
  • Report on what's working: engagement, follower growth, share of voice, traffic, and what those numbers actually mean for the business. Iterate weekly.
  • Manage tooling, scheduling, and any agency or contractor support to keep the operation tight.

Who You Are:

  • 5+ years running social for a high-growth tech company, consumer brand, or creator-led business. You've built audiences, not just managed accounts.
  • Have grown your own personal brand account or directly owned and architected the growth of a sponsored account.
  • Native fluency on LinkedIn and X. You feel the platforms before you analyze them, and you can tell what's working in ten seconds of scroll.
  • Exceptional writer with range. You can ghost a CEO post, write a one-liner reply, and storyboard a 30-second TikTok in the same morning.
  • Real-time instincts. You're online when the moment breaks, you have a fast take, and you know when to ship versus sit it out.
  • Deep curiosity for AI and builder/vibe-coder culture. You don't need a brief to know what makes this audience tick.
  • You adopt and apply AI into your daily workflows to 10x your impact and output. Generation, editing, research, scheduling: you've already integrated it.
  • Strong eye for visual storytelling, even if you're not the one cutting the video. You can brief, direct, and edit creators and editors to a high bar.
  • Proven track record of exceptional performance in a fast-paced environment, with the organizational chops to run multiple platforms and projects without dropping balls.
  • Bias for action. You ship, iterate, and don't ask for permission you don't need.

Why Join Us:

  • Build the social engine for products used by millions of creators worldwide.
  • Work with a high-caliber, maker-first team solving frontier AI problems.
  • Competitive compensation and meaningful equity.
  • Fast learning, real impact, and a clear path to ownership and growth.

Benefits and Perks:

  • 401(k)
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance
  • Unlimited Paid Time Off: take the time you need to recharge and come back refreshed
  • Flexible Working Hours: work arrangements that fit your life and commitments

Let's build the future of software together.
