At Moxie, we empower ambitious aesthetic entrepreneurs to build profitable, independent practices—without burnout, overwhelm, or guesswork. In just a few years, we've grown from an idea to a global, remote-first team now supporting 700+ practices nationwide.

Our purpose is simple: to unlock sustainable success for aesthetic entrepreneurs, at every stage of their journey.

Social Media + Community Manager

We're looking for a Social Media + Community Manager to bring Moxie's brand to life across our organic channels. This role owns the daily voice of Moxie, shaping how we show up on social channels and inside Scale Society.

You won't just execute content, you'll shape a narrative, deepen engagement, and drive real business outcomes through content and community. You'll also help Moxie scale its voice by activating others: turning our employees into credible creators, and knowing how to bridge brand-building content to the moments that grow the business thoughtfully, without ever making it feel transactional.

This role sits within our Marketing team and works closely with Growth, Advocacy, Product Marketing, and Events. As we transition key channels away from agency support, you'll build the foundation for a more agile, integrated, and authentic brand presence.

Our objectives for the role

  1. Build a consistent, high-impact organic social presence. Take ownership of Moxie's engaged social channels, driving brand visibility, credibility, and follower growth through a steady content calendar and platform-native voice.

  2. Connect organic momentum to the moments that grow the business. Turn brand-building content into a thoughtful on-ramp for Moxie's monetization moments: challenges, launches, webinars, and Scale Society, so social does more than build awareness; it feeds the funnel. You know the difference between earning trust and extracting it.

  3. Bring community engagement to life. Moderate and elevate Scale Society and social comment interactions, creating belonging, spark, and two-way dialogue, and helping new members land well.

  4. Stand up the employee creator program. Build the engine that turns internal expertise into published content, coaching subject-matter experts to show up as thought leaders, and systematizing a repeatable harvest from sales and product conversations into social-ready content. You'll make employee creation easy, consistent, and on-brand.

  5. Improve marketing team agility and execution. Own social and community execution with clear reporting, insights, and experimentation to help the team move faster and learn quicker.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has demonstrated experience running organic social channels. You've owned content calendars, created social assets, managed posting cadences, and know how to adapt voice by platform.

  • Understands audience psychology and brand storytelling. You turn insights, trends, and themes into posts, series, and conversations that feel human and compelling, not generic.

  • Knows how to turn organic into outcomes, thoughtfully. You understand the line between building community and selling to it, and can design content that earns trust first, then bridges naturally to conversion moments. You've connected organic work to real business results without making it feel transactional.

  • Can build community, not just content. You value two-way engagement and know how to cultivate belonging in comments, DMs, and community spaces.

  • Knows how to make other people great creators. You can coach non-marketers to create confidently, and build lightweight systems that keep employee-generated content flowing without becoming a bottleneck.

  • Moves quickly, iterates often, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You run point on execution, bring structure to workflows, and surface insights that drive improvement.

  • Collaborates deeply across teams. You build strong relationships with design, growth, advocacy, and sales partners, and know how to make cross-functional work easy.

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience as a creator or running creator-forward, short-form video content

  • Experience building or running an employee advocacy / creator program

  • Experience managing a dedicated community platform (Circle or similar)

  • Background in beauty, aesthetics, health, or consumer wellness

  • Experience launching social series or building engagement playbooks

  • Experience at SaaS, consumer-tech, or B2B brands with strong organic presence

At Moxie, we believe in creating a workplace where everyone feels valued, trusted, and included. Our team lives by our values: act as owners, give more than we take, move with speed and care, and simplify and learn every day.

We welcome people of all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives to apply. If you require any accommodations to fully participate in the interview process, please let us know, we’re happy to assist.
