About TMC Hospitality

TMC Hospitality is a hospitality management and development company dedicated to creating thoughtfully designed destinations that bring people together through exceptional experiences, memorable spaces, and genuine hospitality.

Our portfolio includes Drift Hotels, Bode, Maleza Restaurants, and Buttonwood Farm & Winery—each with its own unique identity but united by a commitment to design, culture, and community. From boutique hotels and destination restaurants to vineyards and event venues, we create places that inspire connection and celebrate a sense of place.

At Drift, we blend minimalist design with authentic local experiences, creating hotels that feel both elevated and approachable. At Bode, we reimagine group travel by combining the comforts of home with the amenities and service of a boutique hotel. Maleza brings together vibrant hospitality, thoughtful cuisine, and community-driven experiences, while Buttonwood offers a distinctive wine country destination rooted in agriculture, events, and hospitality.

With properties in California, Tennessee, and Baja California Sur, TMC Hospitality continues to grow while remaining focused on one core belief: hospitality should feel personal, intentional, and unforgettable.

If you're passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences and want to be part of a team that values collaboration, creativity, and continuous growth, we'd love to meet you.

About the role

TMC Hospitality is seeking a creative and driven Social Media & Content Manager to lead social media and content creation across our growing portfolio of boutique hotels, restaurants, bars, and experiences, including Drift, Bode, Maleza, and Buttonwood.

This role will oversee 10+ social media accounts, bringing each brand's unique identity to life through compelling storytelling, photography, video, and engaging digital content. The ideal candidate is a hands-on content creator and strategic thinker who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced hospitality environment.

This is a remote position based in Nashville or Southern California, requiring approximately 50% travel to our properties for content creation, events, and brand initiatives.

What you'll do
  • Develop and execute social media strategies across multiple hospitality brands, maintaining distinct brand voices and consistent engagement.
  • Manage social media accounts, content calendars, publishing schedules, and community engagement across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Capture, produce, and edit high-quality photography, short-form videos, Reels, and other creative assets showcasing our properties, dining experiences, events, and destinations.
  • Plan and execute organic and paid social campaigns that drive brand awareness, website traffic, hotel bookings, dining reservations, and event attendance.
  • Develop and manage blog and editorial content, incorporating storytelling, local experiences, and SEO best practices.
  • Collaborate with property leadership, food and beverage teams, and marketing partners to support promotions, events, seasonal campaigns, and brand initiatives.
  • Identify and coordinate influencer partnerships, user-generated content, and creative collaborations that align with our brands.
  • Track and analyze social media performance, engagement, audience growth, and campaign effectiveness to inform ongoing strategy.
  • Travel regularly to properties for content production, photoshoots, and events, including occasional evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing, preferably managing multiple brands or accounts.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating original photography, videography, video editing, copywriting, and successful social media campaigns.
  • Proficiency with social media platforms, content creation and editing software, scheduling tools, and performance analytics.
  • Experience managing paid social campaigns and using data to optimize engagement and results.
  • Strong creative instincts, storytelling ability, and attention to detail, with the ability to adapt content to different brand identities.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to independently manage competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Passion for hospitality, travel, food and beverage, design, and local culture.
  • Experience with influencer partnerships, blogging, SEO, or website publishing is a plus.
  • Ability and willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time, including occasional evening and weekend commitments.

To apply: Please submit your resume and a portfolio or examples of social media accounts you've managed, highlighting original photography, video, written content, and measurable results.
