  • Develop and execute culturally relevant content that drives brand heat, staying on top of trends, memes, and platform updates

  • Partner with Paid Media to amplify high-performing UGC and drive community growth
  • Support UGC briefs with insights based on performance trends

Community Management

  • Engage daily with our audience - responding to comments, DMs, tags, and mentions
  • Foster a positive, inclusive community and escalate sensitive issues when needed
  • Identify real-time opportunities to join conversations and trends

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, growth, etc.)
  • Assist in reporting and share insights on content performance and opportunities

What You Have

  • 1-3 years of experience in social media, preferably in DTC, fashion, or lifestyle brands
  • Natural content creator- comfortable filming, editing, and being in content
  • Deep understanding of Instagram and TikTok (bonus for emerging platforms)
  • Strong copywriting skills with a distinct, adaptable voice
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for internet culture, memes, and community-building
  • Experience with social tools (e.g., Sprout, Dash) is a plus
