About LumiMeds

LumiMeds is a fast-growing U.S.-based telehealth startup focused on weight management and long-term metabolic health. We are building the next generation of e-commerce and clinical infrastructure from the ground up.

As an early-stage company, we move quickly, operate with limited layers, and expect high ownership from every team member. There is no bureaucracy here — decisions happen fast, priorities evolve, and builders thrive.

We are a remote-first, globally distributed team that values clarity, accountability, and people who take initiative rather than wait for direction.

About the Role

LumiMeds is looking for a Social Media Content Creator who thrives at the intersection of high-level creativity and disciplined project management. This is not a "post-and-forget" role. We need a builder who can scale our social presence across Instagram, TikTok, Meta, and Reddit while maintaining a rigid content roadmap. You will own the lifecycle of every post from initial concept and compliance approval to final delivery and performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute Content Roadmaps: Plan, produce, and launch original video and static content aligned with monthly company goals across multiple accounts.
  • Master the Calendar: Build and maintain a detailed content calendar, ensuring all dependencies (creative assets, legal/medical approvals) are met on time.

  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner with our Product and Marketing teams to translate complex wellness/healthcare concepts into digestible, brand-aligned social content.

  • Platform Management: Own the daily operations of LumiMeds’ social channels, including community engagement and professional brand-voice management.

  • Influencer Operations: Coordinate outreach, manage deliverable timelines, and track the ROI of partnership initiatives.

  • Performance Reporting: Track weekly metrics (engagement, reach, conversion) and provide data-driven insights for strategy optimization.

Qualifications
  • Experience: 5 years of experience managing social media and content creation for a consumer brand (Healthcare, Wellness, or Beauty preferred).
  • Operational Discipline: Proven ability to manage complex project workflows and high-volume content calendars.

  • Technical Skills: Hands-on proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Premiere), Canva, and mobile editing apps (CapCut).

  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English skills, with the ability to maintain a professional, authoritative brand voice in a regulated industry.

  • Startup Grit: Highly organized and comfortable driving multiple workstreams in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.

Preferred Experience
  • Familiarity with healthcare compliance or managing social content for regulated products.
  • Previous success in scaling a brand's social following from scratch.

Final eligibility will depend on hiring feasibility and business needs.

How to Apply

LumiMeds is an equal opportunity employer. We hire based on skills, experience, and alignment with our values.

Please note: This role requires professional-level English communication and availability to work U.S. business hours.
