The US base salary range that Micron Technology estimates it could pay for this full-time position is:
$105,000.00 - $237,000.00 a year
Additional compensation may include benefits, bonuses and equity.

Responsibilities:
- Own and execute Micron's global social media strategy aligned to brand, campaigns, and business priorities
- Lead content planning, publishing, governance, and optimization across all social platforms
- Partner with cross-functional teams and regional stakeholders, including APAC, to align global and in-market priorities
- Lead, mentor, and develop the social media team while coordinating agency and creative partners
- Track performance, report on KPIs, and continuously optimize strategy using data and platform insights
Minimum Qualifications:
- 6 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or coordinated marketing communications
- Experience developing and executing social strategy in a B2B or technology environment
- Strong ability to translate technical or product-focused content into clear, engaging social storytelling
- Experience managing content calendars and multi-platform publishing workflows
- Hands-on experience with social media management and analytics tools such as Emplifi, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in semiconductor, AI, data center, or enterprise technology industries
- Experience leading or mentoring a team in a matrixed organization
- Demonstrated ability to use data and insights to inform strategy and measure performance
- Experience developing social playbooks, governance models, or center-of-excellence frameworks
- Familiarity with paid social amplification strategies and marketing operations tools such as Adobe Workfront
