Veev has developed a vertically integrated approach that involves multi-disciplinary collaboration across real estate, design, development, engineering, manufacturing, and construction.

The Role

We are seeking a Social Media & Marketing Representative to serve as a key operational and creative asset for our marketing team. This role is designed for a versatile professional who excels at the intersection of process optimization and creative execution. In this role, you will be the operational engine of our department—managing the daily rhythm of our marketing tasks to keep our projects moving forward with momentum and precision, while acting as the primary creative force behind our organic social media channels. In addition to rethinking and building new systems and workflows, you will excel at stepping into existing systems and driving them across the finish line. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter who can seamlessly transition from tracking project timelines to producing engaging, on-brand social content.

Responsibilities

● Manage day-to-day operations tasks of the marketing team to keep our projects moving efficiently, on schedule, and on task.

● Own the organic social media calendar, including planning, copywriting, scheduling, and publishing across all active channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok).

● Maintain and update marketing coordination operations, asset tracking databases, and team workflows to keep deadlines on track.

● Drive the development and production of organic social marketing content and creative collateral, using tools like Canva and Adobe CS to design quick, high-quality assets.

● Lead brand positioning and ensure messaging consistency across all organic marketing and social channels.

● Facilitate the planning, development, and implementation of social media strategies.

● Identify opportunities to optimize and improve existing marketing assets, content performance, and team coordination.

● Manage and grow our online community by actively engaging with followers, responding to messages, and driving brand conversation.

● Drive KPI tracker and prepare performance reports for stakeholders to evaluate campaign and social media effectiveness.

Qualifications

● Associate’s degree preferred and 3–5+ years of experience in marketing coordination, digital marketing, or social media management.

● Strong project management skills with the proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while providing exceptional quality of work.

● Excellent communication and copywriting skills, with a strong portfolio demonstrating the ability to capture and adapt a brand's voice.

● Familiarity with design and video tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut) to quickly produce or edit creative social assets.

● Familiarity with project management platforms (e.g., Asana, ClickUp, Trello) and social scheduling tools (e.g., Later, Sprout Social, Buffer).

● A proactive, self-starting attitude with the discipline to work highly independently in a remote setting.

● The ability and willingness to drive regularly to various Veev’s home sites throughout the Bay Area, including Santa Rosa, the East Bay, and San Jose.

● Ability and availability to support experiences and events on evenings and weekends.

Compensation

Offers are based on a combination of experience, skills, and location. Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the salary range for this role is $65,000-$85,000 per year for Hayward, CA.
