Hiring a full-stack engineer to join our team and focused on product engineering and shipping new features
Things you'll be working onArchitecting and implementing full-stack product features in Typescript/React/Node is the core of what you’ll be doing. Real examples include —
Build out agentic workflows that design, build, and optimize online shops
Build out product & payments processing infrastructure
Launch analytics infra on Clickhouse/Kafka that support billions events/month
Own our user onboarding flow from end-to-end
Looking for someone who
Can be in office 3-4 days/week in San Francisco
Is proficient in Typescript/React/Node
Uses Cursor/Windsurf/GPT to accelerate their work
Has built products 0 -> 1 with real users and revenue
Is OK operating independently without product/design
Is ALWAYS SHIPPING. We don't spend weeks planning features at Replo
Has a product and customer-focused mindset
Has experience being burned by deployment and maintenance issues. If you have a a strong opinion on how products should be built, that’s good
Values writing clean, maintainable software, including documentation (e.g. the code needs to be correct and run fast, but we’re the ones that have to read it and understand it)
Is comfortable with ambiguity and defining software architecture patterns to solve customer pain points
Have a CS degree or formal computer science/STEM backend
Have started a company before
Enjoy attending hackathons
Worked at an early-stage (Series A or earlier) startup previously
Have not wasted hours interview-prepping on Leetcode
Have an eye for visual design (or past experience in product design, Figma, etc).
