What We Look For in Future Software Engineer Hires

- Strong experience in modern programming languages such as Golang, Java, Python, or JavaScript
- A solid foundation in scalable system design, APIs, and microservices
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP), databases, and distributed systems
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, monitoring tools, and running software in production environments
