About the Role
Responsible for developing the next generation of AI-native, visually appealing, high-performance interfaces that power the world's leading revenue teams and define collaboration between humans and agents in software; engaging in the complete product development lifecycle, from user consultations and prototyping to delivery of fast, reliable features in production; collaborating with design, infrastructure, and applied AI teams, and serving as a key interface between front-end and back-end engineers to create cohesive, well-integrated multi-agent workflows with high standards for UX and interface quality; conducting front-end UX/UI research and implementing pixel-perfect interfaces aligned with design specifications, user needs, and performance requirements; scaling asynchronous workflows while optimizing front-end performance and ensuring durable, redundant back-end systems, including end-to-end design and implementation of scalable systems; defining and understanding requirements and writing clean, efficient code; working closely with customers to understand their requests, participating in customer calls, and delivering solutions in collaboration with the product team; and other duties as assigned.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field (or foreign equivalent).
Requirements
2 years of experience developing product features end-to-end
2 years of experience with frontend frameworks such as TypeScript, React, or similar
2 years of experience with Python
2 years of experience working across the stack including Flask and AWS, to build production-level cloud-based web applications
2 years of experience building large-scale real-time distributed systems and back-end data infrastructure
2 years of experience building enterprise RBAC (role-based access control) authentication systems and applying cloud security best practices
2 years of experience building graph-based data resolution
