Join the team building the next generation of enterprise automation by grounding AI agents in real, observable work telemetry. You will architect scalable systems that enable agents to reason, act, and automate complex end-to-end business flows. This role offers the unique opportunity to work at the pivotal intersection of live work telemetry and large language models.

What you will do:

  • Design and develop robust AI agents capable of executing critical business flows in a verifiable and trustworthy manner as LLMs evolve.

  • Build and optimize orchestration layers to run thousands of agents simultaneously while ensuring performance and reliability at scale.

  • Create sophisticated user-facing Command Center features that empower human operators to manage and collaborate seamlessly with AI agents.

The ideal candidate:

  • Possesses 3+ years of professional experience building and shipping production-grade full-stack solutions with modern languages and infrastructure.

  • Demonstrates high agency and a passion for AI products, with a degree in Computer Science or equivalent hands-on experience in complex systems.

  • Brings a proactive mindset ideally shaped by previous startup experience or a background in building secure, enterprise-grade AI applications.
